These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of chibicorp.net (the "Site"), operated by Chibi Corporation ("we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products & Authenticity

We sell trading card game products including factory-sealed product, single cards, and professionally graded cards. All products are guaranteed authentic. Product images may be stock photography for sealed product; for singles and graded cards, the photographed item is the item you receive unless otherwise noted. Card conditions for singles are described in good faith; grading is inherently subjective and minor variance of opinion does not constitute an item "not as described."

Pricing & Availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any affected order. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders we suspect are placed by resellers or bots, with a full refund issued.

Orders & Payment

Payment is processed at checkout by Stripe. Your order is an offer to purchase; we accept it when we ship. Sales tax is collected where required by law. Our Return Policy and Shipping Policy are incorporated into these Terms.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation, use automated tools to place orders or scrape content, or misrepresent your identity in connection with a purchase or claim.

The Chibi Corporation name, logo, and site design are our property. Pokémon and all related trademarks are the property of their respective owners; Chibi Corporation is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., or GAME FREAK Inc.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and all products are provided "as is." Trading card products may appreciate or depreciate in value; we make no representation regarding future value and nothing on the Site constitutes investment advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state from which we operate. Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at hello@chibicorp.net and allow 30 days to attempt an informal resolution.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
