Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to freight forwarders.

Rates & Delivery Options

Standard Shipping — USPS Ground Advantage — $6.99 — estimated 2 to 5 business days.
Priority Shipping — USPS Priority Mail — $12.99 — estimated 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery estimates begin when the carrier accepts the package, not when the order is placed. Estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within two business days. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed the following business day. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Signature Confirmation

High-value orders may be shipped with signature confirmation required at delivery, at our discretion and at no additional cost to you. If you will not be available to sign, contact us before ordering.

Packaging

All products are packed to professional standards: sealed product is boxed with protective padding; single cards ship in penny sleeves and top loaders or card savers within rigid mailers; graded cards are wrapped and boxed with padding.

Lost, Stolen & Misdelivered Packages

Every shipment includes tracking. Our responsibility for an order ends upon the carrier's confirmation of delivery or upon signature at delivery. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address, and orders returned to us due to an address error may be subject to re-shipping charges.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with household members and neighbors, then contacting your local USPS office with your tracking number. If a package appears lost in transit (no movement for an extended period, never marked delivered), contact us at hello@chibicorp.net and we will open a carrier investigation.
